The Service also includes a free ChatGPT plugin ("OptionEdge AI") available in the ChatGPT plugin store. The plugin provides a limited, read-only preview of stock trend signals, technical indicators, and screener results sourced from optionedge.ai. The plugin is provided free of charge and carries no subscription obligation. All disclaimers, limitations of liability, and terms set out in this agreement apply equally to use of the plugin. The plugin does not collect personal data beyond any email address a user voluntarily submits via the subscribe action.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Account Management Portal. No further charges will be applied for future billing cycles after cancellation.
• Mid-Cycle Cancellation: If a subscription is cancelled during a paid billing period, it will remain active until the end of that billing cycle, after which no further charges will apply.

• Maintain respectful and professional communication at all times.
• Refrain from using offensive or derogatory language.
• Avoid making disparaging remarks about other users or members.
• Engage in constructive discussions and avoid excessive self-promotion.
• Report any hostile interactions or abusive behaviour between users.

OptionEdge AI LLC reserves the right to terminate any subscription at its sole discretion, without prior notice or refund, in cases of rule violations or misconduct.

The views and opinions expressed by OptionEdge AI LLC's staff, representatives, and affiliates regarding the pricing or future movement of financial instruments are solely their own and should not be interpreted as official positions of OptionEdge AI LLC. These opinions are not guarantees and do not constitute financial advice or recommendations.

OptionEdge AI LLC is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from decisions, actions, or inactions based on information provided verbally or through online platforms.

• Ownership: The Service, including all software, content, and intellectual property rights therein, is owned by the Company.
• License: The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal use, subject to these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
